Cleaning your painted walls should be a part of your annual deep cleaning routine. Walls get dirty, especially at kid and dog-level. Cleaning them regularly is key to keeping your house looking sparkling. However, walls with different paint types requires different care.

• Mix 1 cup of borax and 2 tablespoons of dish washing liquid in 1 gallon of warm water.
• Mix 1 cup of ammonia and 1 teaspoon of dish washing liquid in 1 gallon of water.
